A 28-year-old male patient presented with a history of poor oral hygiene and a history of drug use that resulted in periodontal disease and chipped anterior teeth. He came into the Face+Dent clinic for an evaluation due to a change in lifestyle and desire for a more confident smile. A diagnostic evaluation resulted in a comprehensive dental treatment plan that included 2 root canals, bone grafting in the lower molar region, two implants, and 12 crowns.
Implants were placed in the at the left molar region and crowns were installed in the remaining teeth.
The final phase of mouth restoration occurred 3 months later after the bone augmentation was healed. 12 cubic zirconia crowns in the upper jaw and 10 cubic zirconia crowns on the lower jaw with a color of A1 color were placed giving this patient a natural looking, healthy, and winning smile.
A 35-year-old male patient presented with infection in the lower jaw and missing central and lateral incisors. Patient was a heavy smoker for approximately 20 years and generally in good health.
He came into the Face+Dent clinic for an evaluation due to noticeable deterioration of his oral health. A diagnostic evaluation resulted in a comprehensive dental treatment plan.

The periodontal phase of treatment included deep scaling in all four quadrants followed by antibiotics administered below the gum line to eliminate infection. Bone grafting was performed in the upper 2nd and 3rd molar regions. A Maxillary sinus lift was performed in the 1st bicuspid region. 4 Implants were placed for future permanent crowns in central and lateral incisors and temporary crowns were placed on his implants to maintain the vertical dimension of the smile.
